As owners of vintage and capsule perfumes know, some may not have cellophane or some of the boxes may not be new. This is normal due to the age of some perfumes, and this is not a defect in vintage perfumes. Any image on the website is an original image of the perfume you will receive, without any effects on the image. If you would like to return it, please review the following conditions:
1.Return period
•The customer can request a return of the product within 7 days from the date of receipt.
2. Product condition
•The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the same original packaging.
• Returns of opened products are not accepted to preserve the quality of the perfumes.
3. Recovery steps
• Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp registered in the store.
•Provide us with the order number and a picture of the product (if necessary).
•After approval, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days of receiving the product.
4. Shipping costs
•If the error is from the store (sending the wrong or damaged product), we bear all shipping costs.
•If the return is due to the customer’s personal desire (change of mind or dislike of the product), the customer bears the shipping costs.
5. Products not included in the return
•Perfumes or products that have been opened or used.
•Discounted products (if any) that are clearly stated as non-returnable.
