Any image on the website accurately represents the perfume you will receive, without any image enhancements. Should you wish to return an item, please review the following terms and conditions:
1. Return period
•The customer can request a return of the product within 7 days of the date of receipt.
2. Product condition
•The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and in the same original packaging.
•Returns cannot be accepted for opened products in order to preserve the quality of the perfumes.
3. Recovery steps
•Contact customer service via email or WhatsApp registered in the store.
•Provide us with the order number and a picture of the product (if necessary).
•After approval, the money will be refunded to the customer within 7 working days of receiving the product.
4. Shipping costs
•If the mistake is from the store (sending the wrong or damaged product), we will bear the full shipping costs.
•If the return is due to a personal request from the customer (change of mind or dislike of the product), the customer bears the shipping cost.
5. Products not eligible for return
• Perfumes or products that have been opened or used.
• Discounted products (if any) that are clearly advertised as non-refundable.
